Thank you to everyone who joined in. You weren’t alone. We had hundreds of people joining in from across the village and further afield with people singing along from the US, Africa and across Europe.
We would love to see your photos of you taking part. Please share them on Facebook or Twitter with hashtag #LymmCarols2020 and we will collate together for a gallery on here and Facebook.
From all the team at Lymm Radio and Lymm Parish Council, we wish you all a very merry Christmas!

Till next year!!
‘Carols at the Cross’ is a long-standing Lymm tradition hosted by Lymm Parish Council. Several thousand people usually gather in the Village Centre on Christmas Eve to sing carols and traditional Christmas songs accompanied by Warrington Brass.
The Covid-19 crisis has made the traditional event impossible this year, so the Parish Council is working with Lymm Radio to create a virtual opportunity for the community to come together safely.
We hope that Lymm’s virtual ‘Carols at the Cross’ will bring the community together in the traditional way at the end of this very difficult year and will be enjoyable in a new way.

In the meantime why not enjoy some of the wonderful Christmas lights around Lymm and a selection of photos from this years illuminated canal barge flotilla. Video thanks to Andy Openshaw.
